Thanks for stopping by ... We are still open & processing orders, as we are able to work safely, alone, from home.
Delivery times are reliant on Royal Mail service levels and are obviously subject to potential delays during these current unprecedented times.
The delivery times detailed below are a guide to the standard Royal Mail services during 'normal' times so please take this into consideration & allow extra time on top of this for delivery at the moment.
Rest assured, we are working very hard to process & dispatch all orders as quickly as we can but I'm afraid we have no control over them once they leave us, so as we're sure you'll be able to understand, delivery times are not something we are able to guarantee in these uncertain times & customer patience is very much appreciated.

Royal Mail 2nd class signed for £2.95 - takes approx 3-5 working days
Royal Mail Express £6.95 - takes approx 2-3 working days
*Orders with personalised candles included are the exception to this:
Personalised candles may take up to 5 working days from point of order to your item being dispatched - if you order other items along with personalised candles, they will all be packed & posted together at the same time
Please ensure that there will be someone available to take delivery of your parcel at the address you provide as all parcels are sent via Royal Mail Signed For service and cannot be left without a signature
If for any reason you are unable to take delivery of your items & a re-delivery is required, the extra postage charge will be your responsibility
If you are local to us & you would like to collect your order, please place your order as normal, paying any postal charge and add a note to your order to detail that you would like to collect your parcel from Kettering.
We will refund the postage charge (if applicable) via your Paypal account & then we will then email you to arrange a suitable day & time for the collection to take place
Please email us if you’re not in an area detailed above & we can work out the postage costs, we will require your postcode & details of the items you'd like to order

We hope you will be delighted with your candles & tarts, but if for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order to let us know that you wish to return any items.
Once a return has been agreed, package the item up and send it back to us within 14 days to the address on the parcel your order was sent in.
Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product while you are responsible for it - this includes when the product is in transit back to us.
We recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage as we will be unable to action a refund if the parcel does not arrive back with us.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product.
Once the product/s have been received back with us in their original condition, we will refund the cost of the
pre-agreed returned item/s to you via Paypal.
The original postage costs for the order are non-refundable.

Clearance products are discontinued scents that we are no longer making & as such, are also non refundable
