 How long does delivery take?

An estimated delivery window will be shown to you at checkout
based on the delivery service you choose

Our candles are handmade so it can take up to 3 working days to process orders prior to dispatch – below is a guide for estimated delivery schedules during ‘normal’ conditions: 

Standard Delivery: Up to 3 working days processing time plus 2-3 working days for delivery

Express Delivery: Up to 2 working days processing time plus 1 working day for delivery

We will always make & dispatch orders as quickly as we are able to and will shorten processing times wherever possible

You will receive a tracking link when your order is dispatched so that you may keep up to date with your delivery.

STANDARD DELIVERY - RM Tracked 48: £3.50
Takes approximately 2-3 working days
AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED
 
EXPRESS DELIVERY - RM Tracked 24: £6.50
Takes 1 working day
AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED
If for any reason you are unable to take delivery of your items & a re-delivery is required, the extra postage charge will be your responsibility
 
COLLECT YOUR ORDER FROM OUR STUDIO
You may use the code ‘COLLECTIONPLEASE’
This is only to be used if you are able to collect your order, in person, from our studio in Kettering between 9.15am & 1.15pm Monday to Friday

You will still need to allow up to 2 working days
for your order to be processed

Returns:

We hope you will be delighted with your candles, but if for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us at hello@lollyrocket.com within 7 days of receiving your order to let us know that you wish to return any items.

Once a return has been agreed, package the item up and send it back to us within 14 days to the address on the parcel your order was sent in.

Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product while you are responsible for it - this includes when the product is in transit back to us.

We recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage as we will be unable to action a refund if the parcel does not arrive back with us.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product.

Once the product/s have been received back with us in their original condition, we will refund the cost of the
pre-agreed returned item/s to you via Paypal.
The original postage costs for the order are non-refundable. 

Please note that personalised goods are made to order, one off items & as such are non-refundable

Clearance products are discontinued scents that we are no longer making & as such, are also non refundable
